हमारी कविता उन क्षणों को उजागर करती है जब हमें लगता है कि हमारे अपने ही हमारे रास्ते में रुकावट बन रहे हैं। लेकिन धीरे-धीरे पता चलता है कि असलियत में कोई धोखा नहीं—सिर्फ गलतफ़हमियाँ, प्रक्रिया, और क्वालिटी सिस्टम की असली ज़रूरतें होती हैं। 🛡️⚙️
हमारी कविता दिखाती है कि OOS, OOT, Deviation, Change Control जैसे शब्द कितने ही जटिल क्यों न हों, वे हमें बेहतर गुणवत्ता की ओर ही ले जाते हैं। 📊✨
आख़िर में संदेश यही है—
क्वालिटी साथ है, धोखा नहीं। ❤️✔️

कुछ ने सोचा —
यही समझ बैठे सब —
बच-बचाकर निकले, 🏃♂️💨
यही है हमारे पास बचने का मौका। 🎯
ना सूझा उपाय चलो कैसे बचावे, 🤔
छोटा ही सही पर Event उठावे। 📝
ना हो लफड़ा, टल जाए खतरा, ⚠️
छोटा या बड़ा हमपे कोई दफा लगावे। 🚷

अब कौन जावे? 🔄
रोक लगा Material पर,
कहीं बाहर ना जावे। 📦🚫
ज़रूरत पड़ी तो
Change Control उठाकर

🔹 गलतफ़हमियों से ऊपर उठकर सच्चाई को देखने का संदेश देना।

OOS, OOT, Change Control, System Chain — ये बाधाएँ नहीं, बल्कि बेहतर क्वालिटी तक पहुँचने के मार्ग हैं। 🛠️📈
🔹 टीम के बीच भरोसे और पारदर्शिता को बढ़ावा देना।
हर कदम, हर रोक, हर सलाह — गुणवत्ता की रक्षा के लिए है, न कि किसी को रोकने के लिए। 🤝🛡️
🔹 जिम्मेदारी और आत्म-जागरूकता का बोध कराना।
कविता अंत में यह संकेत देती है कि—
“कौन किसका है, आत्मा जाने।”
यानी सच्चा मूल्यांकन भीतर से आता है। 🔍❤️

Betrayal happens only with our own, 😔
Some of them blocked my way. 🚫
Some began advising and counseling, 🗣️🤝
Some assumed…
and believed…
that escaping carefully 🏃♂️💨
was the only chance we had. 🎯
No idea how to avoid the situation, 🤔
So we raised an Event — even a small one. 📝
No disputes, no chaos — let danger pass, ⚠️
Before any case gets filed against us. 🚷
Caught between OOS, OOT and deviation loops, 🔄
Who would walk into this mess again?
Material was stopped —
couldn’t go out at all. 📦🚫
If needed, we raised a Change Control,
and made the necessary changes. 🔧🗂️
This entire system chain
shows the highest path of quality. 🛠️💎✨
Slowly, we understood —
There was no betrayal,
No one stopped the way. 🙏
Everyone first went
and checked the quality. 👀
