परिचय: ✍️ मैं हूँ कुमार गुप्ता —
एक ऐसा लेखक, जो शब्दों में वो बातें कहता है ।
जहाँ एक ऐसी कविता जन्म लेती हैं ,
जो विदाई को अलविदा नहीं,
कृतज्ञता बनाकर कहती है। 💙
हमारी रचना “वो लम्हे और ऊँचाइयों” में
मैंने उस “सर” की कहानी लिखी है
जो सिर्फ़ पद पर नहीं,
बल्कि दिलों में रहा। 🤝
हमारी कविता उन पलों की है
जो बीत तो जाते हैं,
पर आँखों में पानी बनकर
यादों में टिके रहते हैं। 💧
और उन ऊँचाइयों की भी,
जहाँ पहुँचना आसान है,
पर टिके रहना—
नेतृत्व और इंसानियत मांगता है। 🏔️
यह रचना विदाई नहीं,
एक सीख है…
एक धन्यवाद है…
और एक रिश्ता है—जो कभी खत्म नहीं होता। 🌿✨
कुछ विदाइयाँ अलविदा नहीं होतीं,
वो सीख बन जाती हैं,
प्रेरणा बन जाती हैं।
यह कविता एक ऐसे ‘सर’ को समर्पित है
जो पद से नहीं,
अपने मूल्यों और मार्गदर्शन से
दिलों में ऊँचाइयों पर टिके रहते हैं। 🕊️🏔️
आइए महसूस करें —
💧 वो लम्हे — जो आँखों में जल बन गए।
सर,
वो लम्हे
जो हम सबकी ज़िंदगी के
अनमोल पल बन गए… 💖
जो साथ गुज़रे थे हम सबने,
आज से वे कल बन गए।
काश उन गिला–शिकायतों,
उन खुशियों को हम
कहीं क़ैद कर पाते—
क्योंकि आपके जाते ही
वे हमारी आँखों में
जल बन गए। 💧
सर, हो सके तो
कभी हम सबसे मिलने चले आना।
जब भी याद आए हम सबकी,
बस फ़ोन पर ही नंबर घुमा लेना। 📞
पुरानी आवाज़ सुनाई दे तो
सर, पहले ज़रा मुस्कुरा लेना 😊
और जब कोई नई आवाज़ आए,
तो उन झलकियों में भी
किसी पुराने चेहरे को
याद कर लेना।
बहुत लोग मिलेंगे आपको सर,
पर अपने दफ़्तर के
इन कर्मचारियों को
कभी मत भूलना। 🙏

सर,
किसी भी पर्वत की ऊँचाई तक पहुँचना
कोई बड़ी बात नहीं… ⛰️
पर उन ऊँचाइयों पर
डटे रहना—
ये हर किसी के बस की
बात नहीं। ⚡
सर, आपने हम सबको साथ लेकर
सालों तक लगातार
आगे बढ़ना सिखाया। 🚆💼
इतनी भारी बोगी को
खींचकर चलना,
हर इंजन की
ताक़त नहीं होती। 🚂🔥
सर, बस इतना निवेदन है—
हम सबको यूँ ही
ट्रैक पर बनाए रखना।
क्योंकि आपकी प्रेरणा के बिना
हमारे दिन की
शुरुआत भी नहीं होती। 🌅

एक ऐसे मार्गदर्शक को सम्मान देना है
जो सिर्फ़ काम नहीं,

सच्चा नेतृत्व ऊँचाई पर पहुँचने से नहीं,
वहाँ टिके रहने से पहचाना जाता है। 🏔️
कविता विदाई के दर्द को
शिकायत नहीं,
कृतज्ञता और यादों में बदल देती है। 💧✨
यह उन लम्हों के लिए है
जो बीत जाते हैं,
पर दिल में
सीख बनकर साथ चलते रहते हैं। 🤍
और उन “सर” के लिए
जो पद से बड़े,
रिश्तों से अमर होते हैं। 🙏

They are also about heights —
which may be easy to reach,
but difficult to stay on,
because staying there demands
leadership and humanity. 🏔️
This is not a goodbye.

a thank you…

Sir,
those moments
that became priceless parts
of all our lives… 💖
The moments we once lived together
have now turned into yesterday.
If only we could capture
those complaints and joys somewhere—
because the moment you left,
they turned into tears
in our eyes. 💧
Sir, if possible,
do come and meet us someday.
Whenever you miss us,
just dial our number. 📞
When you hear a familiar voice,
smile first, Sir. 😊
And when a new voice answers,
try to find
an old face within those echoes.

reaching the height of a mountain
is not a big deal… ⛰️
But staying firm
on those heights—
that is not everyone’s strength. ⚡

is not the power
