बीते वक़्त की बातों को

टेबल हमेशा
क्लीन रखता है 🧹
विपक्षी जाने से पहले
न जाने क्यों

काम का बँटवारा कुछ यूँ करता है,
खुद पर बोझ नहीं रखता है ⚖️।
मगर हर एक पर नज़र
बराबर बनाए रखता है। 💼
कर्म में विश्वास दिखाता है,
सबका ध्यान बराबर रखता है, 👀
परफॉर्मेंस की बात हो जब,
तो कमियाँ भी बताता है। 🤝
निंदा तो नहीं मगर
उत्साह की उम्मीद जगाता है। 📊
जाते वक़्त भी
अनुभव बाँट जाता है,
अपनी ही टीम को

कामयाबी की शिखर पर रहना,
टीम को साथ लेकर चलना,
